About
My practice changed profoundly once I began to understand the deeper connection between breathing mechanics, postural stability, and movement. What started as curiosity quickly became a turning point in how I see the human body. Applying this understanding in practice has helped many people move with less pain, regain confidence in their bodies, and rediscover ease in everyday movement. I've also come to realize that this knowledge isn't just for rehabilitation — it's a powerful foundation for long-term physical resilience. During individual sessions, I do my best to share these ideas, but time often limits how deeply we can explore them together. I wanted to create something that allows space for understanding, reflection, and practice — at your own pace. That's why I created this step-by-step course on breathing for stability and mobility. In this course, you will explore: 1) The essential anatomy of the breathing muscles. 2) How breathing connects the body into a coordinated, whole-body system. I'm glad you're here, and I look forward to guiding you through this journey!
